I’m Patch and I’m a wedding photographer and film maker. I live in Northamptonshire with my two lovely daughters Tilly and Elsie and my wonderful wife Steph. When I’m not at a wedding I can be seen on a bike, running, listening to music or most likely spending time with my girls.

I’ve been in the wedding industry for 15 years! Previously I was a Formula One photographer and travelled all over the globe! Motorsport certainly had it’s moments of fun, but I much prefer being a wedding film maker!

Everything I do at a wedding is based around being as relaxed and natural as possible. This is documentary film making, which basically means I won’t bother you! More lovely, natural, joyful happenings, and less cheese. Cheese is good in an omelette or in a sandwich, but it does not belong in wedding film making. Not in my wedding films anyway! You see, I don’t need to create anything – it’s all happening in front of me. All I need is to be in the right place at the right time. That’s where the 15 years experience comes in, the more weddings I film, the luckier I seem to get!
